A university institute of technology operates within a complex ecosystem. Working in a university institute of technology requires a broad understanding of how it functions.
Without any logical order, this ecosystem includes middle schools, high schools, technological stakeholders, other components of the UGA, research laboratories, companies, OPCOs, professional unions, IUT networks, the Academic and Regional Rectorate, the Region, the Metropolis, the Department, the UGA, the MESRI, etc. All IUT staff are required to consider the possible interference between their mission and the role played by each of these stakeholders.
Through its construction, the EUT plays a full part in the life of this ecosystem:
She participates in the deployment of the UGA's strategy (e.g., social outreach via the BUT+ project, AMI CMA, Idex, CSR Master Plan, etc.).
She is a representative identified by the Rectorate to implement the agreement promoting the technological pathway.
It is linked to the Region through calls for projects,
It builds special relationships with high schools by signing agreements,
She works even more closely with representatives from the business world through the development of apprenticeships,
She works directly with the research centers at the University of Grenoble Alpes.
Through its bodies and communications, the EUT promotes the role of each of these stakeholders and highlights their contributions.
