Discover the talents we train at our IUTs and secure your future hires by offering our students your job, internship, and work-study opportunities.
Depending on their specializations, BUT students can access work-study programs in 2issue or 3issue year. Every year, the three IUTs (Université Grenoble Alpes of Technology) atUniversité Grenoble Alpes work-study programs to hundreds of young people. Among the advantages of recruiting a work-study student are:
Reduced recruitment costs: Work-study contracts enable companies to train employees internally at a lower cost.
Financial assistance and exemptions: Businesses can benefit from government assistance and tax exemptions, such as reduced social security contributions.
Access to motivated talent: Work-study students are often highly motivated to gain experience and invest themselves in the company.
Strengthening the employer brand: Investing in training young people reinforces the company's image as a committed player in vocational training.
Possibility of long-term integration: Work-study students can be hired at the end of their contract, which ensures the integration of talent already trained in the specifics of the company.
Dynamism and innovation: Young work-study students often bring new ideas and up-to-date knowledge, particularly in technological fields.
Better transfer of expertise: Work-study programs promote the transfer of skills between generations within the company.
In practice...
Each of the three IUTs has its own system for posting job, internship, and work-study opportunities. However, they all have one thing in common: they use business clubs. The Grenoble business club serves the IUTs in Grenoble, while the Valence business club serves the IUT in Valence.
