You are a high school student. You have two concerns: passing your high school diploma and going on to higher education.
With the BUT+ program and the Via Agaura platform, the UGA's IUTs (University Institutes of Technology) provide support to help you find the right path based on your professional interests.
Choosing higher education is not just a question of academic level: it is just as much about knowing yourself and being able to talk about your aspirations, but also knowing how to identify the study environment that suits you.
The BUT+ program is available to you if your high school has an agreement with one of the UGA's IUTs. Via Agaura will be open to everyone from the end of 2024.
You are a student at one of the three IUTs. You are preparing for a dual-purpose degree: professional integration or further studies.
This choice should be made in relation to your career plans. The skills and career centers are there to support you throughout your three-year program and help you with your personal decisions.
Having a clear idea of your plans will enable you to make an informed decision about whether to enter the workforce or continue your studies immediately. It's about deciding which path to take based on your own goals, rather than the other way around, i.e., choosing a path without having thought about your ultimate goal.
Former students: a link between you and the IUTs throughout your professional life.
Your needs and plans will gradually take shape, and our paths will surely cross again. The UGA's IUTs have decided to continue supporting you as a former student.
The CCMs and continuing education services will always be there to help you choose additional bachelor's or master's degree programs for yourself or your employees, support your desire to get involved in the life of the IUTs, and help you pass on your knowledge to new generations.
