This is not about replacing the established roles of IUT directors, department heads, or division heads. It is about fill in the gaps that are not yet covered by the existing organization by offering personalized support provided by dedicated staff.

This "support" colleague is responsible for promote staff activities and raise awareness of their valueThis presentation can be a source of inspiration for everyone.

At the same time, any colleague will be able to contact our "advisor" to discuss your project and learn about all the available options within the IUTs, the IUT network, and the UGA. Its role will be to facilitate the development and formalization of an idea, but not to assist in its implementation and follow-up. Its role is to shorten the distance between an idea and the resources needed to bring it to fruition.
