BUT is an educational revolution that will require sustained communication efforts on the part of IUTs for many years to come.
This communication is not intended to increase the number of students in IUTs, as the number of places in IUTs is limited. The aim is to ensure that the study environment in an IUT matches the young person's aspirations and plans. We want to make the path for our future students as secure as possible and ensure that they choose their major with full knowledge of the facts.
Indeed, The BUT degree stands out very clearly from a BTS, a preparatory class, or a bachelor's degree. Its specific features deserve to be explained and understood. There are already many bridges between IUTs and high schools through the Rectorate, via training courses offered to teachers, the UGA through the JELU (High School-University Exchange Days), and also thanks to the BUT+ program and the implemented agreements.
