Innovation

The EUT, IUT 1 and 2 in Grenoble, and IUT in Valence are involved in educational innovation projects at the regional, national, and international levels.

• FAME - Training and attractiveness of careers in electronics
  The project aims to (i) enhance the attractiveness of the electronics sector and (ii) offer training content that closely matches the needs of today's and tomorrow's manufacturers. The project includes i) implementing communication initiatives aimed at the general public and schools to modernize the sector's image and present careers in electronics and the pathways to them, ii) promoting the role of women in the electronics industry, iii) the reorganization and adaptation of training programs to diversify the pool of candidates and broaden the range of careers available, and iv) the development of training platforms that meet the skills needs of the electronics industry.
