Working together to build a low-environmental-impact working environment
Studying and working in an environmentally friendly setting is beneficial in many ways.
In a context where every ton of greenhouse gas emissions or waste avoided, every liter of water saved, or every hectare of natural area preserved counts for the future of our planet, taking action at the scale of an institution such as EUT can yield significant results. Responding to these challenges also helps to preserve physical and mental health: improved air quality, healthy food, active mobility, etc. Finally, observing and adopting good practices as part of one's studies or work facilitates awareness and commitment.
As asset management is handled by the university's central services, the EUT's role is primarily to identify needs and projects and ensure that they are prioritized in strategic and management discussions with the UGA Presidency.
