The EUT's 2024 teaching day was held in Valence. The BUT was just three years old, so the first graduating classes were naturally the theme of the day.
The EUT Teaching Day in 2023 raised questions about the relationships to be built and maintained with local stakeholders, with a particular focus on promoting technology, the evolution of professions, and supporting students in their career changes. The year 2024 will see the first cohort of graduates from the Bachelor's Degree in Technology (BUT), and the EUT's Teaching Day on May 16, 2024, provided an opportunity to take stock of this new degree and its prospects for development.
The day was structured around 3 highlights in the morning:
Different perspectives on the employability of future BUT graduates,
Different perspectives on the role of work-study programs in BUT and
Different perspectives on the role of the CCM in the BUT
and from 3 workshops on SAés (Learning and assessment situation) Afternoon:
The role of SAEs in skills assessment,
The role of SAEs in involving business experts and teamwork, and
The role of SAEs in disseminating academic knowledge
