In Rhône-Alpes, the employment situation is particularly favorable, with a low unemployment rate of around 6.3% in 2024, well below the national average. This dynamism is marked by a high concentration of jobs in commerce, industry, and business services. The region is also a driving force for entrepreneurship, accounting for nearly 10% of new businesses in France, proof of its attractiveness and economic vitality.

We rely on UGA services to provide our young people with the tools they need to succeed. The student portal allows each and every one of them to receive support and assistance with their day-to-day tasks, such as:
- Managing your budget: scholarships, student jobs, financial aid, etc.
- Housing: assistance with the search process, financial aid, etc.
- Catering: university restaurants, dietary advice, etc.
- Health: university health centers, making appointments with a doctor on campus, etc.
- Mobility: itineraries, campus maps, public transportation, bicycles, carpooling, rentals, etc.
- Legal matters: advice, housing rights, equality, anti-discrimination, mutual aid, mentoring, etc.
UGA also has its own platform, JOBEE, dedicated to students, which allows them to find student jobs within UGA. In addition, a job board, Career Center, offers job opportunities and student jobs related to their courses of study.
