In this presentation,Guylaine GUERAUD-PINETshowedushow the use of sound and music in the production of audiovisual content—television programs, YouTube videos, and content posted on social media—has evolved over the past 70 years. Statistical studies, analysis of the “image-sound” relationship, and interviews with professionals shed light on the industrialization of the sound industry in the visual media. Clear and inspiring explanations that are easy to understand even for those who aren't experts in the field, and intended for both our students and staff.
