Steering, evaluation, and ramp-up

In order for this document to lead to a genuine increase in CSR, the EUT relies on a number of mechanisms for decision-making, monitoring actions, and identifying levers to be activated.

Steering, evaluation, and scaling up of CSR at EUT

Governance

The EUT is structured around an organizational chart.
The EUT Bureau approves the broad guidelines.
A team consisting of the EUT Deputy Director, the IUT CSR Representatives, and the CSR Project Manager leads and implements this policy.
The CSR Committee is composed of experts and non-experts and is structured (into working groups where necessary) to inform decisions and propose actions.
The Directors of the IUTs identify and designate the relevant staff within the IUTs for implementation.
In addition, EUT wishes to place students at the heart of the implementation of this Plan, particularly through the student unions, in order to promote their ideas, encourage them to organize awareness-raising events, and participate in various EUT projects. A user committee or environmental association at EUT, bringing together staff and students from all departments, could be a way of implementing this policy and systematizing the staff-student relationship.

Evaluation

This Master Plan will be reviewed annually to measure progress, identify obstacles, and prioritize actions.
EUT will ensure that the actions taken are observed and monitored by collecting and analyzing the indicators defined in the Master Plan. At the same time, surveys (questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, etc.) on the behavior (mobility, food, consumption, etc.) and environmental awareness of EUT students and staff will be conducted.

Communication

With the dual objectives of transparency and mobilization of students and staff, EUT is developing a communication strategy around this master plan. Internally, EUT will rely on its website, the communications departments of the IUTs, and relays in each department and in the student unions to disseminate information and mobilize support. To enable everyone to take ownership of EUT's commitments, a system of monthly individual challenges will be created, linked to current events during the period in question.
